Your team was central to making our remodel so successful. From the start, your staff were so considerate, treating our home like I imagine they would their own – leaving the work-site and surrounding clean, and always respecting that we were on-site living our lives as they went about their work. Their skill and workmanship were superb, but it is their respectful and helpful ways that make them real stand-outs, and made the long time we spent together during this project this project so pleasant.

And I know you know it, but Eric Kluge is one of a kind. Dorian and I quickly saw we could trust eric to expertly manage our project and keep us informed, and to listen to our concerns and respond quickly and reasonably. in the one or two minor emergencies, Eric was there in a flash, handling things and reassuring us that it would be made right.
